Important Updates from the Umbrella Finance Team

Hello Umbrella Families,
We will be making changes to the Parent Handbook under the Registrations, Waitlist and Payments section on September 19th. These changes will be important for all Umbrella families to read.
Important changes include:

All families to provide PAP banking information to facilitate payments, as we will no longer accept cash or cheques as a form of payment.

Refunds for families with credit balances under $25, will now be issued at the centre only.

School Break fees will be non-refundable.

We will no longer charge administration fees on accounts in arrears.

In addition to changes in our Parent Handbook we have made changes on our Payment Policies Form to reflect the updates. All Umbrella parent/guardians must sign a new Payment Policies Form by September 19th. Please complete one form per child.
If you currently pay by PAP: You need to fill out the top section (child details) and initial/sign the second page
If you currently pay by cheque and/or cash: Fill out entire form attached (please do not change your enrollment details)
If you do not submit your PAP details by September 19th, your Supervisor will be in touch for next steps regarding your child care.
Please email filled out form to your Supervisor or during drop off/ pick up please visit a team member to sign the new form.
